Privacy notice
Plain language, no surprises. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
Last updated: June 2026. GembaOps ("we", "us") is a sole-proprietor consulting practice based in Long Island, NY, USA.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book an audit, request a guide, or use a form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email, company, role, and your message.
Analytics (cookieless by default). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Marketing cookies (only with consent). If you accept on the consent banner, we may load HubSpot, which sets cookies to help us understand and follow up on interest. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
How we use it

- To send a resource you requested
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used
We do not sell your personal information. We don't add third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our outreach: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, cookieless analytics), HubSpot (CRM and scheduling, where used), Calendly (scheduling fallback), and Google (email delivery via our inbox). Each processes data under its own terms.
Connected accounts & Google API Services
To publish and schedule content, GembaOps connects accounts you authorize through official provider APIs — including connecting a YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API. When you grant access, we request only the permissions needed to schedule and manage that content on your behalf. We use the data we receive solely to provide that feature; we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with others except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
GembaOps's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect a connected account at any time, and you can revoke GembaOps's access directly from your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of any data obtained through a connected account, email frank@gembaops.com and we'll delete it promptly.
YouTube API Services
GembaOps uses YouTube API Services — specifically, to schedule and upload our own videos to our own YouTube channels through a self-hosted tool. Your use of any feature that touches YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access. Basic channel information and analytics for our own channels only — enough to publish, schedule, and measure our own videos. We do not sell or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. OAuth tokens are stored only within our own private server environment and are never exposed to third parties. Our use follows a limited-use practice with standard token refresh and deletion.
Revoking access. You can revoke this application's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time from your Google security settings. To request deletion of any data obtained through YouTube API Services, email frank@gembaops.com and we'll delete it promptly.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email frank@gembaops.com and we'll handle it promptly. To withdraw analytics/marketing-cookie consent, clear this site's cookies/local storage or decline the next time you're asked.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. For engagements involving your operational data, we agree on handling and confidentiality terms in writing before any work begins.
