Plain language, no surprises. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
Last updated: June 2026. GembaOps ("we", "us") is a sole-proprietor consulting practice based in Long Island, NY, USA.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book an audit, request a guide, or use a form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email, company, role, and your message.
Analytics (cookieless by default). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Marketing cookies (only with consent). If you accept on the consent banner, we may load HubSpot, which sets cookies to help us understand and follow up on interest. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your audit
- To send a resource you requested
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used
We do not sell your personal information. We don't add third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our outreach: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, cookieless analytics), HubSpot (CRM and scheduling, where used), Calendly (scheduling fallback), and Google (email delivery via our inbox). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email frank@gembaops.com and we'll handle it promptly. To withdraw analytics/marketing-cookie consent, clear this site's cookies/local storage or decline the next time you're asked.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. For engagements involving your operational data, we agree on handling and confidentiality terms in writing before any work begins.
